Bids and RFPs

The Massachusetts School Buying Group currently solicits 6 bids: grocery, paper, bread, beverages, milk and dairy and warewashing services.  The grocery and paper bids are divided into 2 zones and the milk and bread bids are divided into 4 zones.

2023 Grocery Bid

The 2023 Grocery Bid has been released, and the documents may be downloaded below.  All submissions are due no later than 12:30 PM on Monday, November 20, 2023.  Submission instructions are detailed in the IFB.  Vendors should review the IFB carefully as there have been several changes since the last bid release.

The bid opening will take place at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 20, 2023.  The location will be:
