The Massachusetts School Buying Group currently solicits 6 bids: grocery, paper, bread, beverages, milk and dairy and warewashing services. Franklin County Technical School acts as the procurement agent for all of the MSBG bids.

2025-2026 Bids

The 2025-2026 bid documents may be downloaded below beginning at 9 AM on Friday, March 14, 2025 . All submissions are due no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, May 5, 2025. Submission instructions are detailed in the IFB. Vendors should review the IFB carefully as there have been several changes since the last bid release.

The bid opening will take place beginning at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. The location will be:
