Bids and RFPs

The Massachusetts School Buying Group currently solicits 6 bids, grocery, paper, bread, beverages, milk and dairy and warewashing services.  The grocery and paper bids are divided into 2 zones and the milk and bread bids are divided into 4 zones.

2021 Open Bids

The 2021 bid opening is Tuesday, April 13, and will be held via Zoom.  Please contact Tim Goossens for the meeting information.  The schedule is as follows:

Western Grocery - 11:00 AM
Eastern Grocery - 11:30 AM
Beverages - 12:30 PM
Milk and Dairy - 1:00 PM
Warewashing and Sanitation - 1:30 PM

Please note that all bids are to be submitted via email AND on the CommBuys portal.  No hard copies of the bids will be accepted.  Instructions on how to submit bids will be reviewed at the online Vendor conference, scheduled for Monday, March 22, 2021.  Details on the conference as well as the submissions instructions are included in the IFB document.
